LEEBINSOYEON creates exaggerated and implausible narratives. Moving continuously between sincerity and irony, reality and fiction, her work explores shifting and expanding ways of sensing space and time through encounters with others who resist explanation. The work does not end with its final form, but absorbs into itself the events, emotions, and relationships that emerge unexpectedly throughout the process of making. Fiction, like a mirage, briefly appears upon reality before disappearing; yet after passing through it, the world is sensed a little differently than before.

이빈소연은 과장되고 허황된 서사를 만든다. 진담과 농담, 현실과 허구를 끊임없이 오가며, 설명으로 닫히지 않는 타인과의 조우를 통해 시공간을 감각하는 방식의 변화와 확장을 탐구한다. 작업은 완성된 결과물에 머무르지 않고 제작 과정에서 우연히 형성되는 사건과 감정, 관계를 작품 안으로 흡수한다. 허구는 신기루처럼 잠시 현실 위에 떠올랐다 사라지지만, 그 신기루를 통과한 이후 세계는 이전과는 조금 다른 모습으로 감각하게 된다.
